The following is an attempt to answer the most frequently asked questions. However, if your question is not answered below, please don't hesitate to call us at (850) 464-0114 or (229) 977-0595.

Are the concerts really free?
YES! Admission to all concerts is free. However, a love offering will be received nightly to cover the expenses of the event.

Where are the concerts held?
The evening concerts and the chapel service will be held inside the auditorium, which is temperature controlled. The matinee concert will be held on the outdoor stage. Chairs will be provided at both locations. The Gathering Place is also temperature controlled.

Are there special rates available for the weekend?
Yes, please click here to see discounts that are available to you. Other discounts will available in the event's program.

Can I rent a cabin at Yogi Bear Park for the weekend?
Absolutely. The park has special rates on cabins which include or exclude park amenities. You can purchase a package which will allow access to the putt-putt golf, swimming pool, lazy river, etc., or you can simply rent a cabin for the weekend. Hotel/motels are also available at a special rate.

Will there be food available for purchase during the event?
Yes! We have numerous vendors who will be serving a variety of entrees including chicken tenders, hamburgers, phillycheese steak sandwiches and more. There will also be several vendors who will be serving up delicious treats such as snow cones, ice cream, fried oreos and much more. A hot breakfast will be available (for purchase) beginning at 9:30 a.m., prior to the morning chapel services. 

Can I participate in the "Jellystone Park Jam Sing Out!"?
Yes! We encourage you to attend, bring your instrument and join in singing, playing an instrument, or both! However, each participant must register on the Jam Sing Out! page. The deadline to register is Friday, August 31, 2018. The amount of time for each performance will be determined the night of the event and will be based on the number of participants. 

Do I need to bring chairs?
No. Chairs will be provided at both the indoor and outdoor stage. You may bring a chair for the matinee program if desired.

Who do I need to call to make reservations?
To make reservations, please call the lodging facility directly. Phone numbers are provided here. You MUST mention you are making reservations for Jellystone Park Jam in order to receive discounts that are available to you. With college football games happening locally, lodging could fill up fast. Please call now to ensure you have the hotel/motel of your choice for this event!

How far are the hotels/motels from the concert venue?
Days Inn, Super 8 Motel, Best Western and the Deerwood Inn are all within 2 miles of Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park.

Do you have to make weekend reservations to attend the concert?
No! Anyone and everyone is welcome to attend.

How early can we arrive to get a seat?
Due to the amount of groups needing to perform sound checks and setting up equipment, the doors to the auditorium will open 1 hour prior to the concert. Doors to the public will open at 5 p.m.

Can I reserve a seat for my family?
Yes. There is a reserved seating form on this site, and it's available by clicking the link above. Please reserve your seats only when you know for sure you will be attending.

Can I reserve seating for church/large groups?
Yes! Please call (850) 464-0114 or (229) 300-3899 no later than Thursday, Aug. 31, to reserve seating for church groups. A group must consist of 10 or more people.
